SeeJoeRock - A Network For Indie Musicians

The mission of SeeJoeRock is to provide emerging indie artists with the opportunity to connect with fans and music industry professionals on an easy, free-to-use platform. Artists can create full profiles with bios, songs, photos, videos, links and performance events, as they market themselves to industry pros (e.g., managers, promoters, agents, photographers) seeking fresh, new talent.
On the pros side of things, SeeJoeRock provides profiles for them as well. Music industry professionals can add their contact information, bios, and offered services to targeted artists. Each user is able to network through the use of comments and private messages, as they locate the resources they need to succeed.
As an added bonus, SeeJoeRock features a different indie artist/band and professional on its homepage every month. The company replaces the top right portion of the site's header with photos, logos, and URLs of the featured musician or professional for further exposure. If that wasn't enough, the new featured artist and pro receives their profiles displayed on the left sidebar as well. Talk about spreading the word.
While the site continues to promote featured users each month, the current focus of SeeJoeRock is on video. New videos uploaded to the network are automatically funneled to the homepage where viewers are encouraged to rate them. Those which are highly rated are listed in the Featured Artist Video area of the site.
