Google Music Store Coming Soon

Google to finally launch its digital music store at an event in Los Angeles on 11/16/2011. A perfect harmony of music and technology is just around the corner...let's hope.

Google's music store will be a similar iTunes MP3-type marketplace and will work with Google's current Music Beta cloud service.

In addition, it is being reported that from day one Google will integrate its music store into search results, allowing for easy purchasing and song discovery. Users will also be able to share purchased songs with their friends via Google +.

Unfortunately, it is believed that Google will launch its new service with only two of the four major record labels, Universal Music and EMI. At this time they have yet to sign deals with Warner Music and Sony Music.

Wednesday's event will be streamed live at YouTube.com/Android.
