White House Shooting

The Secret Service has confirmed that a bullet destroyed a White House window before being stopped by bullet-proof glass. They have also confirmed that a second bullet was found nearby on the lawn. Both bullets were discovered the morning of 11/15/11.

It is unclear whether or not these bullets are related to the gunshots that were heard not far from the building on  the of night 11/11/11. Shortly after the shots were heard an AK-47 was found abandoned in the area. The Secret Service is looking into any possible connections between that incident and the discovered bullets.

UPDATE:

An Idaho man wanted in connection with the White House shooting incident was arrested on 11/16/11 in western Pennsylvania, police and the U.S. Secret Service announced.
