Add NJ Transit To Your Google Wallet

Are you still carrying a wallet in 2011? Well Google Wallet, a mobile app that turns your phone into your wallet, is looking to delete that. Most recently, Google's NFC (near field communications) mobile payment system has made its way onto New Jersey Transit.

According to Bloomberg Businessweek, New Jersey Transit will introduce limited support for Google Wallet in the very near future. This adoption will allow commuters to purchase tickets quicker than usual using the NFC tap-and-go technnology.

Currently, Google Wallet is only available on the Nexus S 4G.
