Promoted Music: Kidd O

So it looks like I'm not the only one "losing my mind." Independent Hip Hop artist, Kidd O, seems to be experiencing a similar occurrence as he tries to "even the odds."

The 20-year-old rapper from Kalamazoo, MI recently released "Losing My Mind," a soulful and clearly articulated track in which he depicts the "pain from falling" victim to the "optical illusion" of life. Inspired by veteran MC and Michigan native Eminem, and California representative and Black Hippy member Kendrick Lamar, Kidd O provides his fans with rich, thought-provoking lyrics during a time when the world is facing one of its toughest periods in recent history.

The track also features fellow Michigan talent Nave Noblique. Take a listen below.



Keeping his momentum going, Kidd O and TrackTeam are currently working on a new mixtape entitled, "Melody Of Memories." At this time there is no official release date for the project, although Kidd O promises the new music will arrive sometime later this year. The project will feature production from Sango and KeY Wane (producer for mainstream artists like: Big Sean, Tyga, and No I.D.).
